| Pharmacological Effects |
This product is a tranquilizer on the nerve system. Tests show that this product is effective against dyskinesia, and has analgetic, anti-anxiety, and anti-alcoholism effects. The administrative dosage of this product to mice is LD50=891mg/kg (im) and LD50=179mg/kg (iv). |
| Administration and Dosage |
Intravenous injection or intravenous drip with the dilution of 5% glucose or saline solution, 1-2 ampoules a time, 2- ampoules a day. The dosage should be increased gradually and the id administration should be slow. |
| Adverse Reactions |
Lethargy, dry mouth, dizziness, fatigue,constipation etc. , and occasionally tremor, temporally anemia,lactorrhea etc., which are mild and will disappear after the drug administration is stopped or decreased. |
